Terms and Conditions for Hosting an Event at the Kristýna Recreation Center

Submitting this form constitutes a non-binding inquiry. The reservation is valid only after written confirmation from the operator of the Kristýna Recreation Center.
The organizer is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The organizer must notify the operator of any changes without undue delay.
The organizer is responsible for organizing the event, the conduct of all participants, and compliance with the Kristýna Recreation Center’s operating rules, applicable laws, and the operator’s instructions.
The organizer is liable for any damage caused by event participants to the operator’s property, that of other visitors, or third parties, and agrees to pay for such damage in full.
The organizer is required to ensure that event participants respect other visitors, guests staying at the facility, and facility staff, and that their behavior does not disrupt the experience of others.
The use of drones, high-powered sound equipment, or other devices that may affect safety, facility operations, or the comfort of other visitors is subject to the operator’s prior approval.
Throughout the Kristýna Recreation Complex, it is strictly prohibited to use pyrotechnics, fireworks, sky lanterns, torches, or to light any open fire.
The organizer is responsible for obtaining all permits, notifications, and licenses required to hold the event (such as OSA, Intergram, or permits from the relevant authorities).
The operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel an event if holding it would violate the operating rules, safety regulations, public decency, or capacity limits.
All terms and conditions, rental rates, cancellation policies, and other organizational details will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and confirmed by a written order or contract.
